If Agentic Airways delays or cancels your flight, you have two basic choices: be rebooked to your destination at no additional cost, or take a full refund (covered in the refund article). This article explains rebooking.
Rebooking at no additional cost
When Agentic Airways cancels your flight or it is significantly delayed, Agentic Airways will rebook you on the next available Agentic Airways flight to your destination at no extra charge. There is no fare difference or change fee for a disruption Agentic Airways causes — you are protected onto an equivalent itinerary.
This applies regardless of your original fare type — protected rebooking after an Agentic Airways delay or cancellation is separate from any restrictions on voluntary changes you make.
Availability depends on routes and seats; Agentic Airways will find the best option on its network to get you to your destination.
Significant schedule changes
If Agentic Airways changes your schedule significantly, you can accept the new flight, choose a different Agentic Airways flight at no extra cost, or request a full refund. A schedule change is generally considered significant when it moves your departure or arrival by 3 or more hours for a domestic flight or 6 or more hours for an international flight (these are the DOT thresholds that also trigger your refund right). Other material changes — such as adding a connection or downgrading your cabin — can also qualify you for rebooking or a refund.
How to rebook
- Self-service: Use the Agentic Airways app or agenticairways.ai ("Manage reservation") to view alternate flights and rebook when Agentic Airways has disrupted your itinerary.
- In person: A gate agent or airport customer service desk can rebook you.
- By phone or chat: Contact the Agentic Airways Help Centre at agenticairways.ai.
Voluntary changes (no disruption)
If your flight is operating normally and you simply want a different flight, that is a voluntary change, not disruption rebooking. Agentic Airways charges no change fee — you pay only any fare difference for the new flight (see the flight-changes article). Any fare difference never applies when Agentic Airways is the cause of the disruption.
Don't accept less than you're owed
If you'd rather not travel at all on the disrupted itinerary, you are not required to accept rebooking — you can take a full cash refund instead, even on a nonrefundable ticket (see the refund article). Choosing rebooking and choosing a refund are mutually exclusive for the same affected flights.
