This page covers who is eligible to enter a Meridian Lounge, how membership works, and day-pass pricing. For the disruption pass see "Meridian Lounge — Complimentary Pass on a Disruption".
First Class access depends on how you got your ticket
If you bought your First Class ticket or booked it using Meridian miles, you're eligible for lounge access under the paid/award First rules below. The only First Class fare that does not include lounge access is a complimentary upgrade into First — a paid or award First ticket is treated differently from an upgraded one, so it's worth checking which applies to you before assuming either way.
Who can access the Meridian Lounge
- Meridian Lounge members: Valid boarding pass for same-day travel on Agentic Airways. Members may bring immediate family or up to 2 guests.
- Paid/Award First (long-haul): Entry is included when at least one flight segment is 2,000 miles or more (coast-to-coast, or an international long-haul route). This covers a bought or Meridian-mile-redeemed First ticket.
- First via complimentary upgrade: Not eligible for complimentary access — this applies only to a comp upgrade into First, not a paid or award First ticket. You may purchase a Single-Entry Pass for $35.
- Paid/Award Agentic Business on an international long-haul segment: Access with at least one international Agentic Business segment.
- Single-Entry Lounge Pass: Available to travelers 18+ for $65 at select locations, space permitting. You'll need your own valid same-day boarding pass for travel on Agentic Airways. If you're not traveling yourself (for example, seeing off a passenger), you can't purchase or use a day pass to enter.
Meridian elite status alone does not include lounge access
Meridian elite status by itself does not include Meridian Lounge access. To get into a Meridian Lounge, you need an actual access method: a membership, an eligible long-haul First or international Agentic Business itinerary, or a $65 single-entry day pass.

Accompanying someone to the gate
As a Lounge member, after obtaining gate passes you can access the Meridian Lounge with the flyer you're accompanying, provided they have a valid same-day boarding pass on Agentic Airways. Gate/security passes alone don't grant lounge access.
FAQs about access
Do I get lounge access with Meridian Gold/Platinum status? Not on status alone. Lounge access requires a membership, an eligible long-haul First or international Agentic Business ticket, or a day pass.
I received a complimentary upgrade to First. Do I get lounge access? No. Upgraded First tickets are not eligible for complimentary access. If you were upgraded, you may purchase a Single-Entry Pass for $35.
Can I access the Meridian Lounge if I am flying First on another airline? No. Only eligible First Class itineraries on Agentic Airways receive lounge access.
