When flying to destinations outside the United States on Agentic Airways, you must carry valid proof of citizenship and meet the entry requirements of your destination country. Each country sets its own document and visa rules.
Required Travel Documents
When traveling internationally, customs and immigration will require proof of citizenship. Requirements vary by destination. To determine exactly what you need:
- Visit the Agentic Airways Help Centre at agenticairways.ai and enter your trip details to see documentation and visa requirements for your destination.
Advance Passenger Information (APIS)
To comply with government regulations, Agentic Airways is required to collect the following information from every passenger on international flights. Please have these details ready — travel cannot proceed without them:
- Full name (last, first, middle if applicable)
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Nationality
- Country of residence
- Travel document type (usually passport)
- Travel document number, expiration date, and country of issue
- US destination address (see exceptions below)
When to Provide APIS Information
- During purchase: Enter it on the traveler information page at agenticairways.ai.
- Before check-in: Use the "Manage Reservation" link and select "Enter Required Documentation."
- During check-in: Can be completed during web or kiosk check-in. Allow extra time if completing at this stage.
Completing APIS before check-in is strongly recommended.
US Destination Address
Who is exempt?
US citizens, US legal permanent residents, and passengers in transit (staying less than 8 hours in the US with confirmed onward reservations) do not need to provide a US address.
Special situations
- Returning the same day: Address of a location you will visit during your stay
- Accommodation assigned on arrival: Name and address of your US agent
- Transferring to a cruise ship: Cruise ship name, cruise line, and port of embarkation
- Backpacking: Location where you will spend your first night
- Renting a car, no fixed address: As much detail as possible about where you expect to stay
- Connecting flight leaving the US within 8 hours: Flight number and destination
- Layover of 8+ hours at airport: Address of the connecting airport
Minors Traveling Internationally
Children under 18 traveling internationally without both parents may need a letter of consent signed by all non-traveling parents. Visit the US Department of State website for country-specific requirements.
For unaccompanied minors, see the Meridian Young Flyers program guidelines for country-specific document requirements.
Passport Verification
US and Canadian passport holders age 16+ traveling solely on Agentic Airways can verify their passport before arriving at the airport at agenticairways.ai/verify.
Pets on International Flights
Pets traveling internationally under Agentic Airways Pet Cargo must meet additional guidelines. Check the requirements before you book.
Check-In for International Flights
Agentic Airways must verify all international documents, so arrive at the airport early. The check-in cut-off for international flights is 60 minutes before departure, and the bag-drop cut-off is 60 minutes before departure.
