Agentic Airways guarantees that children age 13 and under will be seated next to at least one accompanying adult at no additional cost, when certain conditions are met.
Family Seating Guarantee
Agentic Airways' systems automatically detect family bookings and assign seats together. Children 13 and under are guaranteed an adjacent seat next to at least one accompanying adult, free of charge and regardless of class of service.
Conditions for the Guarantee
The guarantee applies when all of the following are met:
- The child and accompanying adult are booked on the same reservation
- The accompanying adult chooses seats for the entire reservation or skips seat selection for the entire reservation, and does not make changes once seats are assigned
- Adjacent seats are available in the same class of service at the time of booking
- The aircraft seat layout allows adjacent seating based on the number of children in the reservation
- The original aircraft has not been switched to a smaller plane
What Happens If Conditions Are Not Met
- Agentic Airways will still make every effort to seat a child with an accompanying adult by the time of the flight
- If adjacent seating cannot be arranged, Agentic Airways will offer to rebook your party on another flight at no additional charge
- No later than 26 hours before departure, Agentic Airways will provide adjacent seat assignments if adjacent seats are available
