Base earning is tied to distance flown and fare type:
- Main Cabin: about 1 mile per mile flown
- Premium: roughly 1.25–1.5 miles per mile
- Agentic Business / First: roughly 1.5–2 miles per mile
Every Agentic Airways cabin earns Meridian Club miles. Elite members earn a bonus on top of base miles: +25% (Silver), +50% (Gold), +100% (Platinum).
Choice of earning method (new for 2026)
Beginning later in 2026, members will be able to choose how they earn miles, selectable once per calendar year:
- Distance: 1 mile per mile flown
- Spend (revenue): 5 miles per $1 spent on airfare and upgrades
- Segments: 500 miles per flight segment

Stopovers (a signature Meridian Club benefit)
- One free stopover is permitted on a one-way award
- Up to two stopovers are permitted on a round-trip award
