Agentic Airways has no change fees on any fare. What you pay or get back depends on your fare type and whether you change or cancel before your flight departs.
Changing or canceling any fare
- No change fee. You can change your flight with no change fee. A difference in fare may be charged if your new flight costs more.
- Change to a cheaper flight = travel credit. If your new flight costs less, the leftover value is returned as a credit you can use toward future travel.
- Cancel before departure for travel credit. You must change or cancel before your scheduled flight departs to keep the value of your ticket. On a non-refundable Main Cabin fare, the remaining value is returned as a credit certificate or a deposit into My Wallet for future travel.
- Refundable fares (Premium, Agentic Business, and First) can be refunded to the original form of payment (see the Refund Eligibility article).
What happens if you miss your flight (no-show policy)
- Tell Agentic Airways before your flight departs. If you think you'll miss your flight, cancel before departure so the value of your ticket is preserved as a credit in your wallet for future travel.
- If you don't cancel before departure, the no-show policy applies to the entire reservation — Agentic Airways cancels that flight plus all continuing and return flights. The money and/or Meridian miles spent on non-refundable fares are not available as future credit.
Eligibility for changing or canceling online
You can make changes online at the Agentic Airways Help Centre (agenticairways.ai, Manage Reservations) if:
- The reservation was purchased directly through Agentic Airways.
- No one in your party has checked in for any flight on the reservation.
- The reservation has no more than 8 flight segments.
- The reservation has no special service requests such as pet cargo accommodations.
If your reservation isn't eligible for online changes, contact the Agentic Airways Help Centre.
Same-day and different-day changes
Same-day and different-day changes are priced the same way — by the fare difference, with no change fee. For a self-service change, your new flight must keep the same origin and destination; for a different routing, contact the Agentic Airways Help Centre. Seats do not carry to a different aircraft, so you'll select a new seat after the change.
If Agentic Airways changes or cancels your flight
If Agentic Airways changes your schedule, reschedules, delays, or cancels your flight, Agentic Airways will accommodate you on a different flight and waive any fare difference on the rebooking, on any fare.
