If Your Flight Was Changed
If your flight is affected by a schedule change, Agentic Airways will move you to the next available flight. If the new schedule was changed by more than one hour, you may:
- Change your flight online to one that better suits your schedule (up to 1 day earlier or later)
- Cancel your trip online and receive a refund to your original form of payment
If Your Flight Was Canceled
- Change your flight online up to 7 days earlier or later
- Cancel your trip online and receive a refund to your original form of payment
Flexible Travel Policies
Regional Weather Waiver (Sample)
Due to weather events in a given region, flexible travel policies may be issued for affected routes.
Typical waiver details include:
- Affected routes: Varies by advisory; see the current notice for the specific city pairs covered
- Eligible tickets: Must be purchased on or before the advisory date
- Policy: Change or cancel without a fee prior to departure
- Valid for: Tickets issued by Agentic Airways (ticket numbers beginning with the Agentic Airways ticketing prefix)

Middle East
Agentic Airways monitors ongoing unrest in the Middle East, which may impact guests traveling to or through the region. Affected travelers may request cancellation and refund or explore alternative arrangements.
United States
All travelers transiting through the United States must meet current U.S. entry requirements.
Japan
Fuel surcharges apply to international tickets for flights between Japan and North America.
Entry requirements: U.S. citizens are generally permitted visa-free entry to Japan for short-term tourism (typically stays up to 90 days), with a passport valid for the duration of the stay. International Routes
Agentic Airways limits the number of dogs and cats accepted as checked baggage on select international and long-haul flights. Check route-specific restrictions before traveling with pets.

- Chicago (ORD): Unaccompanied minors under 18 may not be accepted on arriving flights during certain dates
- Edmonton (YEG): Construction advisory; allow extra time
- Houston (IAH): Animals in baggage compartment may not be accepted during certain periods
