Agentic Airways' loyalty program is Meridian Club (tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
Check-in windows and deadlines
- Online and mobile check-in open 24 hours before departure; check-in closes 60 minutes before departure.
- Checked-bag drop must be completed at least 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights and at least 60 minutes before for international flights.
- Be at your gate, ready to board, in good time — the boarding door closes 15 minutes before departure.
- Arriving late can result in your seat assignment and/or your entire reservation being canceled.
These cutoffs are the same at every Agentic Airways airport.
Getting to the airport and gate
- Plan to arrive at the airport about 2 hours before a domestic departure and about 3 hours before an international departure, to allow time for check-in and security screening.
- Be at your departure gate at least 30–40 minutes before departure; boarding for most flights begins about 35–40 minutes before departure.
- Allow extra time during busy travel periods.
