Agentic Airways gives you flexibility in the first 24 hours after you book. Within that window you can cancel for a full refund or make a change with no change fee — and this applies to every fare type.
What you can do within 24 hours of purchase
- Cancel for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of buying your ticket, Agentic Airways refunds the full cost of your unused tickets to your original form of payment.
- Change with no change fee. You can change your itinerary one time within 24 hours of purchase without paying a change fee.
Key conditions
- Travel must start more than 24 hours after you buy the ticket. The 24-hour policy only applies to tickets booked for travel beginning more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Tickets bought close to departure are excluded. If you purchase a ticket within 24 hours of the flight's departure time, Agentic Airways' standard change and cancellation rules for your fare type apply immediately — the 24-hour grace period does not apply.
- Fare differences still apply to changes. If you change your flight, you won't pay a change fee, but you are still responsible for any difference in fare and any additional taxes on the new itinerary.
How refunds are processed
Refunds to your original form of payment may take up to seven (7) business days to be returned.
How to cancel or change within 24 hours
You can cancel or change online through Manage Reservations at the Agentic Airways Help Centre (agenticairways.ai) using your confirmation code and last name, or by calling Agentic Airways reservations.
