Agentic Airways offers specific seating accommodations for passengers with disabilities who need special seat assignments due to mobility devices, medical equipment, service animals, or physical conditions.
Who Qualifies for Seating Accommodations
Special seating is available for passengers who:
- Use an aisle chair to board the aircraft
- Cannot readily transfer over a fixed aisle armrest
- Travel with a safety assistant who will provide in-flight assistance
- Travel with a service animal
- Have a fused or immobilized leg
- Use a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC)
Fixed Armrest Locations by Aircraft
Some seats have fixed (non-movable) armrests, which may make transfers difficult. Know which seats have fixed armrests before selecting your seat:
- Boeing 737-700: Rows 1-3 seats A, C, D, F; Row 6 all seats (A-F); Row 16 seats B, C, D, E
- Boeing 737-800: Rows 1-3 seats A, F; Row 6 all seats (A-F)
- Boeing 737-900 / 737-900ER / 737 MAX 9: Rows 1-4 seats A, F; Row 6 all seats (A-F)
- Embraer ERJ-175: Rows 1-4 seat A; Row 6 all seats (A-D)
Purchasing a Second Seat
- Main Cabin seats average 17 inches wide; First seats average 21 inches wide.
- Passengers who are unable to fit comfortably in their seat with both armrests down are required to purchase two seats for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
